This has been a total game changer in managing my ADHD, especially with keeping track of time for meetings, as I tend to go over and forget what time it is. This also helps me with completing tasks at home and for my baths, which I keep to 30 minutes. I live in Alaska and the company does ship from Poland, so it is a wait. I’m thinking of ordering a second one, one at home and one at the office.
